These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Granite application and its related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Granite Finance ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Granite is a personal finance management tool designed to help you understand and manage your daily spending. The Service calculates a daily spendable budget based on your provided income, fixed expenses, savings goals, and real-time transaction data retrieved from your linked financial accounts. Features include budget forecasting, spending insights, and optional notifications.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using Granite, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
To provide real-time transaction data, Granite uses Plaid Inc. ("Plaid") to gather your data from financial institutions. By using our Service, you grant us and Plaid the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from your relevant financial institution. You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided for informational purposes only and is not intended to provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Granite is not a financial planner, broker, or tax advisor. Your financial situation is unique, and any decisions you make based on information from our Service are your sole responsibility.
