About the internship
This is a structured, unpaid educational internship. It is designed to complement your studies or early-career learning, with defined goals, supervision, and feedback. Granite is happy to support academic credit and complete reasonable paperwork required by your school or program.
The internship is fully remote within the United States. You must physically perform the internship work in the United States.
What you’ll learn
- Translate consumer-finance ideas into clear, useful content for a general audience.
- Practice audience research, editorial planning, and responsible financial communication.
- Develop short-form writing, video, and social concepts with structured feedback.
- Learn how to read content performance and turn results into the next experiment.
Example learning projects
- Research the money questions people ask and help shape useful content briefs.
- Draft explainers, social posts, short-video concepts, and product stories for review.
- Help organize a practical editorial calendar and small distribution experiments.
- Review performance with the team and document what worked, what did not, and why.
Who should express interest
- You are a current student, recent graduate, or early-career creator interested in marketing, content, social media, or consumer finance.
- You communicate clearly, welcome feedback, and can manage a small weekly commitment reliably.
- You are comfortable learning in an early-stage environment where the questions are still taking shape.
- A portfolio, school project, social account, article, or short video is welcome, but professional experience is not required.
A wider range of early-career paths is welcome
Granite considers applicants based on their interests, abilities, examples of work, and availability. We do not ask for age or use graduation year as an eligibility shortcut.
